CHELSEA STAR HAS AN AGREEMENT WITH REAL MADRID

According to Spanish newspaper AS , Chelsea attacking midfielder Eden Hazard has an 'agreement in principle' with Real Madrid , being one
of Zinedine Zidane's priority targets for the summer transfer window . In the report, it is claimed that Zidane has wanted Hazard to be signed by the Spanish club since 2010, and that he would fill the space left by James Rodríguez and Isco's impending departures - with the former being linked to Chelsea by the Sun earlier this week.
The newspaper also reports that Chelsea want €100 million for Hazard - around £78 million in current exchange rates. His contract does not expire until 2020, but as shown by the Ramires' sale to Jiangsu Suning just three months after signing a four-year deal with the club, this isn't a guarantee that a player will remain with the club until the contract runs out, especially if an exceptional offer arrives.
It is well known that Zidane and Hazard share some kind of mutual admiration, with the French legend being one of Hazard's childhood idols, and the Belgian star receiving rounds of praise from Zidane in interviews every so often. In an interview to La Nouvelle Gazette , Hazard said that he would like to be trained by Zidane one day. That day might arrive quite soon if this turns out to be true.
That said, this is probably a great time for the usual disclaimers about the dangers of trusting the accuracy of the Spanish media.
